Sony Xperia X10 or HTC Aria?

If I stay AT&T.....I can get either the Aria or X10 for free upgrade.

Aria has 2.1 eclair now, X10 will have 2.1 sometime soon but probably no Froyo upgrade. Aria has pinch-zoom, Sony does not.

X10 does have 1 ghz snapdragon, led flash, 4" screen, and I think gorilla glass.

Which one?

Processor speed doesn't matter, the X10 is slow since it is at 1.6 (and will only get 2.1), and the Aria has a smaller screen, so it doesn't need the snapdragon.
