The Sony Xperia Z1 gets a teardown. I would love to get my hands on one of these, but I don't think they will be releasing on VZW.

While I'm not really familiar with the Z1 I do have a Xperia Tablet Z and can say the build quality is quite impressive and so is the functionality. Sony has really impressed me with their latest entries.

I agree. I guess it is just wishful thinking that Sony and VZW could start to work together... Seems like Sony has their stuff together now and could make a big dent in the US market. It reminds me of the classy look and minimalistic look of the BlackBerry Z10 (or Z30 due to size), but with the features of the S4 (waterproof version). Oh and more apps... lol
