I feel as though you misunderstand what I said. To be clear, you did nothing wrong based on your posts. It is possible that squaretrade may have if they are regulated the same way that your auto or homeowners insurance policies are. The bad faith issue I referred to would be against squaretrade. And consulting an attorney would be to determine if you have a case as I do not have experience in this type of "insurance". I apologize if I am misunderstanding your last post, but it came off as if you were defending yourself from my prior post. And there wasn't a need to.
