Sony Xperia Z3 Good Speeds?

I got a good deal on the D6653 model which only gets HSPA+ on At&T.
Are the speeds I'm getting good? Or should I get an LTE version?

I get like 70 mbps down and 22 mbps up on tmobile LTE on the D6633 model.

I had your speeds when I was on nexus 4 HSPA+ Tmobile, it was decent. Not bad, but not blazing fast. It was good enough for the most part.
