No custom launcher running (as I love the swipe right pull out tab in the app drawer and seem to lose it when I have a launcher).. Really enjoying the 'stock' clean look.

There's a few xperia themes that have them. Not sure how to link to the one I'm using on my phone but if you search the play store for xperia themes you should find them (you won't by going through the store bit on the personalisation settings menu)
