Touch the ^ to the left of the 4 icons. Touch the 3 dots in the upper right and you can uninstall it.

This just uninstall an specific app. What a coincidence, I just created a thread right here in this forum on how to disable this Small Apps and the Whats New apps. Look for it down of this one.

No root needed.

If you dont have root simply go to settings and disable Small App Manager

that doesn't work either it just restores the small apps to original settings have tried disabling all 3 relevant processes and it does not solve the problem
