Sony Xperia Z3 on 02

Every time I want to send or receive MMS picture messages I have to reinstall the Internet and MMS settings, then select that I am an 02 monthly customer. It's really frustrating that the settings don't stay in place!! Does anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it once and for all?
