Well depends on what you consider cold..

Most Nordic countries have a short summer, typically mid to end June to about mid September. Sometimes they get what's called an 'Indian' summer in October but then it's already turning to autumn colours by then. Which would be pretty spectacular here I think. The summer high temps are usually mid 20s but there are times when it gets hotter.

We got very lucky with the weather. It was in the low to mid 20s. Their summer hasn't been fantastic this year so we were very pleased.

I just realised I missed posting one picture.

This is not a great picture, but it's the first I took in crappy, crappy light. It's more or less pitch black with a candle burning a bit further away. Figured it would be OK to post on Instagram but was myself very impressed how it turned out.

Used superior auto and it went to iso 10 000. Forget sharpness and colours are a bit off as well, but you have a picture.

Also there's an art display. This is called 'The Rising Tide'. It's made of concrete. They get almost covered at high tide. The art is about our relationship with fossil fuels.
