Sony Xperia Z3 Transfer Data to SD Card Issues

[AC Question]

So today I got a notification on my Xperia Z3 that my internal storage is past 75% and if I wanted to transfer data to my SD Card. So I pressed ok and selected to transfer apps, music, and videos to my SD card. However after the transfer was complete I got a few apps saying they have stopped working and have a whole bunch of apps with icons of a blueprint diagram of the Z3 and when I click on them it says application was not found. Can someone please help me fix this or help me revert this transfer.
