Sony Xperia Z5 Premium Dual E6883 Looking To Replace S7 Edge-Yes or No?

I had the Note 7 and went back to the S7Edge-looking for replacement until the New Galaxy comes out in April?
This phone actually looks pretty interesting and looks great. Been reading and wondering if it is a worthy replacement.
Also looks like buying this in US might be tricky? I do have correct carrier for phone.
Could someone please advice and or give information to assist with decision?
