Sony Xperia ZL - IR Blaster Problem

There is been lots of complaints with regard to IR reciever in Xperia. Does it relate to software or hardware. because in service menu when i tested it said that signal recieved and generated some codes. but everytime i do i got different codes for same button. is there anyone who knows what exactly is this?

Hi friend. I think you have a confusion in configuring the service. It is really simple, so please re-do the configuration carefully and you will have the proper functional results.
