Sony Z3 camera does not get focused

Shifted from m8 to the sony z3.... Bought it mainly because of the 20mp camera.... Now i am having problems with it...the camera wont focus.... The m8 took better photos.... Please help me out

Hi, when you say it won't focus - are you touching the screen to make it focus?
