I ordered a Pebble Blue S3 I should be getting it on Tuesday. Decided to make a move coming from a Droid Razr Maxx.

I love my marble white but the blue one is very sexy as well, good choice. I think youll like it once you get it all figured out. I suggest downloading the user manual now and start reading up.

You'll definitely be happy with it. A lot of people complain about touchwiz. Its got its pros and cons. Just like any other device. I've unlocked, rooted and flashed a ROM. So I'm running my s3 AOSP.

I have the white S3. Only regret is not getting the 32gig model. But I did get a 32gig SD card.

I'm pretty excited surprisingly not new to android, but I am new to Samsung. been loyal to Motorola devices for a while.

Well your probly not familiar with android ICS then, it has many extra and different features . Also the new Touchwiz Nature UI is different.

I've always liked Samsung devices more than any other maker. I've been with HTC. Samsung. Motorola. I wanted to try out the RAZR maxx. Nice battery and nice display.

I'm pretty familiar with ICS I have it on my Razr Maxx. Granted every skinned version of ICS differs for each manufacturer. I have played with ICS/Touchwiz on a S2 Skyrocket. By no means am I comparing ICS/Touchwiz on a S2 to the S3 Touchwiz Nature UI. There very different I'm sure.

The screen on the Maxx is a big improvement from previous models yes. The Battery prior-ICS was astonishing. Can I say the same now with ICS? No I can't basically ICS turned a big battery into a standard sized battery. There's a fix coming soon according to VZW for a number of ICS bugs on the Maxx. This was 1 of many reasons why i decided to part ways with Motorola after years and a list of devices I've experienced owning.

Yea I came from the Razr too..... I miss the Moto radios.... Not that this is bad.... But Moto radios are sooo good and smart action... Other than that... I'm in love with this thing.... Oh Moto keyboard was better you probably want to read my post on the predictive text adjustment you can make.... I'll post it here... Unless like me to have SwiftKey.... The Razr wasn't bad at all... This is just far more efficient and luxurious of a phone

That was one of my big concerns switching to Samsung from moto was how the radios were going to turn out. After almost 24hrs with the S3 now I'm getting the same signal strength that I had with the Razr Maxx. Looks like Samsung improved there radios this time around. I'm getting a steady 2 bars of LTE I haven't dropped to 3G at all. On the Maxx certain spots at home would drop to 3G

What I've heard and have come to realize and experience. The radios on the two latest Samsung devices. S3 and Nexus. The signal displayed is a much more accurate reading of your true signal. Just remember its only a visual effect. I know...it tricks me too. Moto devices have always had good radios. Which is also known.

Just a thought. That's all. Keep it in mind.
