I got a notification from office depot that my items (N7 32g & 2TB External HD) I ordered had arrived yesterday.
I get home and the HD is in there, but no N7.....WTF!!!!????
I call them up immediately and they inform me that the N7 is on backorder and my not be in for 3-5 days.........why they couldn't email me this and inform me before hand and let me know that they will be sending it separately is beyond me, so I say ok and I will be patient and wait.
Well, it hit me today and I wanted to see if I could go to the store and get one if they check the records and see that I paid for it and just be a done deal even Steven.....I called customer service explained my dilemma they said this was ok to do they even called my local store to make sure they had them in stock......they do and are holding one for me WHOO HOO!!! Leaving in a few mins to get it.
