Initially I read that the subscription to the ADT service for handling emergency calls would cost $10 / mo. Trying to get that account established has proved futile. Calls to ADT and Samsung have dead ends.

Any other experiences? Have any if you found out how to make that SOS work with ADT?

All SOS does is call a number that you select from your contacts. If you have an emergency line from ADT that you are able to call, all you can do is enable SOS and select that number.

there is an option in the set up for ADT or Samsung (that is where one uses some number). The ADT option is a service that requires an account with a fee.

Interesting... I don't have an ADT option. What carrier are you on?

Edit: I just did some research and saw that in order to enable ADT, you need to install the app on the watch as well as the phone. Have you done that?
