SOS - Home Screen Menu Bar Glitch

Out of nowhere, my phone started displaying the previous gen menu bar, as well as the new updated menu bar simultaneously on the home screen only. I have reset to factory and reinstalled the Android updates, and it still looks like this. Anyone know how to fix it?!

Just to make sure: You are using a Droid DNA, correct?

Ok. The only thing I can think of to do, which the reset should have done, but we will try this anyway, is to clear the cache partition.

Part two is what I am referring to, using the hardware buttons. When you get to step 3, you should see and option for wiping the cache partition. Select that instead. It is really important to turn off fastboot as described right before step 1.

Alright, I did that, and it didn't work. I reset the phone again too...nothing.

I just removed all widgets from the screen and picked a default wallpaper, and it returned to normal. So odd. Thanks for your help!

You are welcome. Strange that that worked. Have you replaced the widgets? If so, is everything correct?
