SOS Message Accidentally sent on Motorcycle Ride

Has this happened to anyone else in any circumstance, motorcycle or other? A motorcycle ride set off my automatic SOS button transmission without my knowledge. MY girlfriend was freaking out later when I learned she was alerted of the SOS by phone and text with my GPS location. She thought I crashed. I have turned that feature off. I'm not sure if it was the angle of my wrist on the handlebar grip and my glove and/or jacket pressing the button, and/or the vibrations from the motorcycle engine. Whatever the case, it was not something I am willing to risk happenning again.
