We have a Samsung Galaxy Slll... The Alert / Sound Tone Notifying one of an Incoming Text Message has Mysteriously Turned Off.. Having a Seniors Moment and we're sure it wasn't caused by a Fat Finger Syndrome..lol..
First Off We Powered Off waited a minute then Powered On to No Avail.. Went to Settings / Notifications... No problem to select the desired Ring Tone.. Volume will only adjust high to the factor of 7.. But unable to Find / Click on a Box to Turn Notification Sound back on..
