Sound bar Sound Bar

I maybe calling that wrong name, but something is off, when I use volume up or down, instead of coming down from top of phone, there is a narrow bar that comes on right side of phone, with arrow on bottom, if I click on them it enlarges the screen, but how do I get it back like it's suppose to be?
Hope's this makes sense and someone can tell me what to do.

It just started doing this hour or so ago.

I tried but so far, it doesn't stay on screen long, if I'm not adjusting screen.

The way Laura screen shot is how it looks when you press the volume button.
Put the phone in safe mode that way we know if its something u downloaded

Sounds like you have the volume panel clicked on from sound assistant. Click that off. I loaded a picture.

Yup comes from Goodlock 2020 . It's a new feature that was add it a while back on Sound Assistant.
