That could be a "dirty" supply coming from the accessory socket. You'd have to find someone with a good noise supressor to test it, then buy one yourself if that's the problem. (Some car audio shops might take a quick check for you - if they have a portable oscilloscope [I know, that's probably Greek to you] they can plug something into the socket [anything, just to load it] and take a look at how clean the voltage is.)
Assuming it doesn't happen when you have the charger plugged in at home. If it does, that would indicate a problem with the phone.
