Sound is cut off during long phone calls

[Android Central Question]

Sometimes during my phone calls my sound gets cut off. I can't hear the other person but the other person can hear me perfectly.
At that point I have to end the call and call again.

I don't know what the problem is.

The phone speaker is fine. It happens on speaker, on headset or bluetooth.
It is the phone or the carrier?

If it helps in any way I have a Huawei P10.

Bring it to the carrier and let them check it out, once they see it happening (they'll have to contact the back office).
