Sound issues

Hi,
I recently purchased moto g4 plus and I sometimes I cannot hear any sound output even though all the three sounds(media,alarm,ringtone) are at their maximum nothing fixes it except and until I restart my device.
respond ASAP.

Welcome to Android Central! When this happens, can you hear anything through wired or Bluetooth headphones?

BTW, this is an independent community forum of ordinary folks like you and me, without any paid advisers, so you may not be able to get the kind of ASAP response that you were originally expecting.
