Sound not in sync when recording video

I'm trying to create a video for YouTube and every test video I take, my words are not synced to my mouth. This happens with both the front and the rear camera. Any ideas how to fix this or why it's happening?

Does that happen when you play the video back on the phone, or only after you've uploaded it to YouTube?

When I play on the phone. Didn't try seeing if it happens on the computer. This never happened before.

Ok, looks like the sync is fine when I watch on the computer. Just really odd how bad it is on the phone.

Haven't tried in safe mode. Since it seems to work on the computer ok, I'm not worried anymore.
