Sound problem

So recently I have been using Google play to stream music while in my car via bluetooth and I have noticed a weird loudness in sound randomly occur. All of a sudden the sounds just gets randomly louder for a few seconds and then lowers back down. has anyone else experienced this type of issue with the phone? I know it's not the music I have playing simply because most of it is downloaded to my phone so it's not really streaming from a network just through bluetooth. anyway any advice would be appreciated regarding this issue, thanks !
