My HTC Rezound sound profile automatically resets itself to "silent." Why is this happening? How can I make the "normal" profile stick? Vibrate is turned off. Quiet Ring on Pickup is turned off. Pocket Mode is turned off. This is so frustrating. Thanks in advance for your assist!
