sound setting problem

this is my problem
i have jelly bean 4.1

i don't have sound in settings, under device i have only gestures,audio profiles.display,storage,battery and applications

i'm using alcatel ot s pop

why??
and any solution?

Welcome to android central, unfortunately I can not help you with this device but perhaps someone else who has it can. You could however go into the play store and find sound control apps or widgets that will allow you to manage sounds that way.

i dl volume control but that didn't solve my problem
i want to disable touch sounds
how can i do that
