SoundCloud about 2X Louder Than Google Play Music

Anyone else notice this? A Redditor brought it to my attention. God, I wish GPM would get this loud!

Is the Equalizer setting turned on for GPM? I've found that with EQ on, the volume does go down somewhat. This is most noticeable when I have it connected via Bluetooth to my car.
