sounds while on a call

So I get beep notifications for apps when I am on any phone calls...

How so I get them to stop...I don't even have a default notification sound enabled on phone ..

Hi Gil, welcome to the forums mate!
You may have to make note of the apps these notifications come from. Then you can go to settings... Apps... Find the apps and kill their notifications permissions... Let us know if this helps...

it's all of them...I generally shut off notification sounds , but when on calls I get a bell beep, the sound is not even what I have for a default notification sound for the app , and I have my default notification sound in settings set to none .

There used to be a setting in the phone app I think to turn notifications off during a call but I can't seem to find it either

Sometimes I just don't understand Google decisions to do certain things. At least give us a choice to turn it off. Seems like this was implemented recently without any way to turn it off. Hopefully an update later will change that.

annoying as all can be..
