Spam Message continue to pop up

I'm having issues with multiple messages popping up (spam) and don't know how to stop it. (rookie user here) Is there software to install or do I need to reformat my Galaxy Tab S LTE 10.5 and start clean.

I'm on my desktop now and unsure how to do a srrenshot from the tablet. The messages are like Claim 150 free spins now, or You won the Casino Jackpot, etc. all appear to be from the same website. So can I just block that website? or??

That's probably caused by an app that you downloaded. This guide can help you to identify which app is pushing those ads.
