how to turn speaker off stay on all the time

What device? OS and version?

Did it always do this? If it is a new issue, what changed when the problem started (new App, driver, crashed App while speaker in use)?

Did it start after a headset disconnect? Have you checked the headset port for any debris stuck in there?
