Speaker problem

I need help with my out side speaker at the top of my phone galaxy j7 I can hear music and everything but when I call it's so low I have to put it on speaker phone or ear phones and volumes are all up does anyone no how to fix this problem??

Welcome to Android Central! The main loudspeaker is on the back of the phone, right next to the camera, so it's separate from the earpiece speaker. It's likely that your earpiece speaker's opening is either blocked (e.g., clogged with lint), or the speaker itself is faulty.
