Speaker problems

Ok this is my second device, sent the first one back for th e problem that i was having with the speakers, and my replacement is doing the same thing. This is whats its doing, after listening to something either a song or watching a video it doenst matter what app i use, after about 5-6 min the bottom speaker seem to get quieter, like the bass cuts out or something ut just sounda weird. When it does that if i pause whatever it is i am playing and push play again it goes back to normal then 5-6 min later it cut out again, its really annoying. Ive spoke to samsung and did all the troubleshooting and nothing works, it even does it in safe mode, ive done dactory reset multiple times and clears system cache multiple time as well and nothing fixes it. Samsung wants me to send the phone in to be looked at, but then il ln be without a phone wich is bull. Anyone elae experiencing this?

hey I've experienced that while watching movies on my note 9 a few times. the speaker is still playing though when that happens so I was kind of not bothered by it.

maybe try turning off dolby atmos?

Ive tried that lol, i have tried EVERYTHING lol nothing works

I just went to Google it seems like a few users are experiencing it as well.

Here's the issue though are you willing to go through all the trouble to get a replacement with Samsung?

Have you applied any skin on your phone? If yes remove that and try. I had same issue after I applied skin on my phone so I removed it and now it works fine ...

I mean i piad 1000 dollars for something that should work properly right, but they want me to send it to them and be without a phone which is bull. They should just swap it out, ive even been to a samsung repair center and they dont even know whats going on with it, they also agree with me that samsung should just replace it

What do you mean skin? Like a dbrand skin? What wiuld that have to do with the speakers

Yeah I get where your coming from cause I've had a few irks with the phone.

However how is the phone performing other than the speakers? You enjoying it?

Other then the speaker issue, im loving the phone. It just gets really annoying when that happens, especially since this phone is crazy for media but the damn speakers dont work right

Yeah hahaha. Have u seen my post on the off centred camera lens? That bugs me more than the occasional speaker bug.

I've just tried playing a few songs off spotify and everything was fine. I guess it happens on random as I've experienced it when watching movies before

I'm not from the states so most definitely a different carrier from yours Haha
