Speaker turns on

Has anyone had the issue of the speaker turning on in the middle of a call? At first I thought it was me accidentally hitting the speaker button but it happens when I use my earbuds too. It doesn't stay on for the rest of the call sometimes but it's quite annoying. Anyone know how to fix it?

Yes, I've had that happen a couple times, too. Unfortunately I don't know how to prevent it.
