Speaker volume goes up automatically.

I have noticed that when on a phone call and turn the speaker on its at full volume. I will then turn it down to a reasonable volume then after a couple different calls I notice it goes back up to full volume again. Anybody else notice this?

Yes I noticed also. It's flipping annoying.
