Speakerphone automatically on droid ultra

When I receive a call on my Droid Ultra the call goes automatically to speakerphone. What should I do? I have rebooted the phone and checked settings for a speakerphone on box.

Welcome to the forums. I am curious if a factory reset might help. If you do this, I would make sure all contacts are backed up to Google and all pictures and videos are pulled to your PC.
