Speakers During Phone Call

I've noticed lately that I only get sound out of the bottom speaker when I'm on a call, although both speakers work when I play music. Is that the way it's supposed to be?

That's the way it's supposed to be, according to my 'sources' (that means I don't have one haha but I've asked and those who have confirm speakerphone just uses one speaker).

I just checked, and SpookDroid's sources are correct - it's only the bottom speaker. (Funny that I never noticed it before.)
