Specific bixby question possibly settings?

So if I'm going to use bixby I want her to audio read me some paragrahs or articles. Does anyone know if this can be done through bixby settings or if it's even possible. Like an audio book but audio paragraphs I command her to search for me. I'd use this function in my vehicle while traveling so I could research and listen to her read each article to me. Can I program bixby to do this?
