Specks glitch

Hi new user here. I have had a little bit over a week and I have these weird glitch speaks. I am using Go Launcher, btw. When I switched back to the stock launcher, these specks were still there. After about a few minutes they were gone. Anyone experience such a thing?

As you can see, the specks are in the same exact spots. It definitely freaked me out. It seemed to occur right at the exact moment when I received a text as a put the phone down. I also have the go launcher notification plugin installed.

Either way, I'm going back to At&t and show theme these screenshots to exchange.

Yeah they look like bad pixels. I would say go to att and get a new phone. And why not show them the phone instead of screenshots?

lol, I will show them the phone. But since the pixels are gone, I have these screenshots for proof.

Good idea. It might help to see if you can duplicate the error.
