Speech telling me page or folder im in after jelly bean update

Really annoying.

Updated to jelly bean.
Everything it's fine accept a voice speech keeps sounding on my phone every time I swipe across the home page or select a folder.

E.g 'page 1 of 4' speaks out when I press th home button, or 'page 2 of 4' if I swipe across.

Or if I go into a folder 'games folder' speeks out.

Its not on driving mode, I have tried accessibility options, I can change text to.speech from Samsung to Google but that just changes the voice I can't turn it off.

Help please.

I don't want to have to mute my phone volume whilst using it or wasn't to restore back to factory defaults (wipe)

Dont worry I found it.

I had an app called 'vibrate then flash' which I used fine from ics.
Then upgrading to jb the app fails in that it works but creates a text to speech. It was a known issue with gs3 an I guess it was because gs3 came with jb.

I turn off vibtrate witg flash and it all works again.
