Speech to text on S7?

I've tried holding down the settings button and looking at the pop up menu, but the microphone symbol doesn't show up. How do I turn talk to text on??

I just set it up on my S7. Unlock your phone and press and hold the home button until you see Google open. You should be prompted to turn on "OK Google". Just follow the directions.
