speed test app results

I downloaded the app and these we're my results.
Wifi 5.20mbps down and 3.54mbps up.
3g network 0.63mbps down and 0.13mbps up.
Are these good results?

Depends on where you are. Some places I get 3G results like that, other places I get much higher download speeds (1.3mbps to 2.1mbps). I can get 0.76mbps in one place and drive a mile and get twice that - there are known dead places where I live and normally anywhere near the interstate I get the higher speeds. The upload speeds seem to stay about the same.

3g results vary so much on signal strength, location, saturation of that tower, saturation of the back-end... lots of things. But no, those are crappy 3g speeds.

With full signal strength, I usually get 3Mbit down and 2Mbit up on 3g using the newer modems on the custom ROMs. I did not test when on stock, but I know the stock modem hits the 850 Mhz bands, so it should be the same. Totally area dependent of course.

These were taken in my house where I use the phone on the net the most. I use Wifi mostly at home. Yet my Wifi signal with Wifi analyzer is poor. unless I am standing right next to my router. This problem started right after the ota update.
