Speed Up Reaction Time of the Motorola "My Motospeak" App?

I am new to the Galaxy S4 via AT&T. The S-Voice function is for beans, never recognizing my vocalizations. I purchased a Motorola Bluetooth headset as I'd read the Motospeak app worked well. It does do a better job of voice to text and voice recognition to make calls than did the S-Voice, but it takes f o r e v e r to load up before you can interface with it. Anyone have any suggestions?
