Spell checker underlining correctly spelled words in red. every word (in Hebrew)

Spell checker marks every word I type in Hebrew as incorrectly spelled.
It started to happened just like that, in any application (WhatApp, Hangouts..).
I've uninstalled SwiftKey keyboard, and switched to Google Keyboard, but it still happens.
Any solution for that?

Moto X Pure 2015, Android version 6.0.0

Turned off spell check under setting,, language

Thanks, I did that as a temp solution. But by doing that, I do not have spell checker anymore. this is a Spell Checker bug.
