spen and charging port

I am thinking of getting this tablet to go w my note 3, but I wondered if anyone had used an s pen with and how it did..

Also I wondered about the charger. Is it micro usb or is it the samsung only port like the tab 2 had? Because ill be honest its a deal breaker if iits different lol.

I looked at the note tablets, the pro is too pricey and its the only one verizon has on its website.. I am going to use the edge program so I can make payments.. I wish they had a regular note tablet because I wpuld get it

The charger is the mini USB. As for the s pen from say a note series, that s pen will not work on anything but the note series so far as I have tried on the tab 4 and tab s. A stylus will work though and can be used in writing notes and certain functions but not in the same fashion as the note series. I also have the Note 3.

Hi there ...

I just ordered a Tab 4 and I am wondering about the charging adaptor because I would like to get an additional charging unit before my tab arrives.

I see you say it is mini USB. Do I need a special adaptor?

Just the USB wall adaptor. The tab will come with the wall adaptor and 2.0 mini USB cord. Not the same 3.0 as Note 3.
