Is there an app that will allow you to trace a picture? I'm not the best artist, used to be better, but I took a picture I would like to draw. Not sure if there is some of why of doing this and no I'm not talking about photo note.

Just add a layer to sketchbook pro then copy/paste image, next layer...trace, delete of layer...viola!
