Spen can't select text on facebook and chrome

I've just updated my note 5 to android 6.0.
Now i can't use spen to select text on google chrome, and on facebook i can only select text in the comment area.
Is there anyone have same problem with me ? Is this a bug ? how can i fix this? :-!:-!

You can press with your finger on the text and "select all' and" copy" will appear with 2 blue dots to designate the text you want copied to the clipboard. You can then use the S pen to manipulate the dots to select the text.

Not perfect but easier to select text in this manner with the stylus versus your finger.
