Spen misbehaving at the bottom of the screen

This can only be seen on a drawing or note taking app like snote. Doesn't affect my screen handling as nothing really occupies that portion of the screen. Only happens at the very bottom edge of the screen. Is mine an isolated case? Or does this happen to every note out there? I have highlighted these areas in red on the attached pic. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a defect. Mine doesn't have that problem

Change your spen tip and I'm pretty sure problem will be solved. This has happened to me in the past on previous Notes.
