Well, thought I would post an update.
I still do not have a case, maybe in the next day or two. There is a package on the way, but starting to wonder if maybe it is only the screen protectors.
After 6 days of no reply, I finally posted a negative review on their service, and even filled out a review directly on their website. (Not that the one on their site will get posted, at least someone will see it, I worked for an internet based business, and know how it works). I assume that they do not have the man power to support the multiple ordering platforms of Ebay, Amazon, Direct through them, and NewEgg, and anyone else they supply. And the fact that we have the N3, and 5S release so close together.
I did get a reply and apology, and small refund to make up for my frustration and time spent waiting on the product. Hopefully it is worth the wait, and as good as I hope it can be. I just don't know what to think if it comes damaged, or doesn't fit properly.
They said they are having delay issues with certain colors and the quality, and the large amount of emails concerning the product, and the number of orders. Not sure what all to believe, but at least now we know what it takes to get a response.
