i had the Rugged Armour case for my Pixel 1 and they have one for the Pixel 2 on their site - but "coming soon" !

I used the rugged on my Pixel XL as well - best in class of what I'd tried for that model - and had been planning on picking it up when available, but have to say I'm impressed by the Caseology Legion... Undecided at this point.

Rugged Armour available from Amazon in the UK for the 5" Pixel.

No Spigen tempered glass screen protectors yet though. Best protector for my OG XL so waiting for the new ones.

Well I'm confused.

I bought the rugged armor from amazon a couple days after the phone was announced and got it a week before I got my phone.

According to the Spigen website it is still "coming soon"

Either their website is not updated or my case is a fake. I doubt the latter though, It's a very nice case.

I ordered the Neo Hybrid through Amazon. Currently estimated to receive between Nov. 13-21.

I am using the Trianium CLARIUM SERIES Case to hold me over until then. Not a half bad case for $8 and I was able to get it same day.

I am also waiting for Spigen rugged armor case with kickstand. I want to see it on phones before i buy though because the last one i had for the pixel xl mad the phone a little to wide for my liking. I hope due to this phone being larger or longer i guess that it doenst do that the case looks sweeet.

You might want to cancel and reorder. I ordered a Neo Hybrid on Amazon yesterday and it's getting delivered tomorrow.

Wonder if they are going to do the Liquid Armor case for the Pixel 2. I ran the Rugged Armor on my last two phones. Love the feel and carbon fiber accents. I tried the Liquid Armor and use it exclusively. Best fit and feel of any case I have tried.

If the Rugged Armor for this year's phone is a little too thick for you, you might consider the Slim Armor. Seems like equivalent protection, but with less bulk and sharp squared off corners. And it also has a kickstand.

I think many of them are in stock at Spigen starting tomorrow because of their status at Amazon. When I checked Amazon last night, some of them are aviable via Prime to ship right away, though black seems to be the only color. Below I've posted info from Amazon for some of the cases.

Thanks I might check that out. I just like more protection where the glass is and it seems like the rough one does that. IT looks like it wont me wide like the last pixel xl case so might give it a try trying to hold off until i can see some youtube videos of it

How protective does the lip seem to you–enough clearance above the glass?

Seems to be about the same lip as the Caseology Parallax I ordered. However, it's hard for me to say with the screen being curved and me not having the phone yet. I can check back in on Wednesday when my phone is delivered.

Interesting. Only listing I can find on Amazon for the 2 XL is still the one I ordered which still says in stock November 8.

How grippy is the TPU material? I haven't had a Neo Hybrid case since my Note 3 and that one was still a bit slippery to hold.

Spigen cases on Amazon are cheaper than they are on Spigen directly. Currently waiting for the Slim Armor Case to show up on Amazon. Right now, Amazon is only listing the Tough Armor Case.
