Spigen Glas.tR

I am curious about this as well. Which one is thinner. The T says how thin it is, but the Tr only says it is rounded edges.

The one with rounded edges is a bit thicker as it needs to have a certain thickness for them to round off the edges. The one without rounded edges is thinner and is made to be used together with a case so the non-rounded edges are covered.

So one has rounded "smooth" edges but is thicker, the other is thinner but isn't rounded. If you're gonna use a case with it, buy the thinner non-rounded one.

That video was the longest viewing I ever sat through having anything to do with an Apple product. I just can't stand Apple. I will say though the Spigen Glas tR. durability test was very impressive.

I was convinced after he use the knife on it. I didn't have to watch the other half of the video. So now I just have to decide which brand to buy. I know the video was on the Spigen and I did find one for $21.89 on Amazon :) apparently you have to buy any home buttons separately from what I can tell.

I've been telling everyone who will listen that I love my Nillkin! And it's under $20 on amazon! I tried an iLoome Flex and the texture was off. It wasn't smooth like glass, and actually felt more like plastic.

Does your Nillkin have beveled edges? It doesn't look like it does in the product description. What did you do for a home button?

For the note 3 there is only 2 Glass screen protectors from spigen... 1 for around $35 and the other is $40. The $40 is the rounded edges one

It does seem to have a slight rounding to the edges, and I'm just using my home button as Samsung made it. No sticker. It's recessed a little, but it's not so big of an issue that spending $5 for a sticker seems necessary.

And that is the Nillkin?

Well, I just converted to the tempered glass gang

The plastic ones are not able to avoid the marks from the s pen, as a result of which the screen claroty decreases noticeably. Ordered the 3 for 16$ tech Armor ones.. lets see how it goes.

No it comes with 5 "bubble" stickers for the buttons, all different colours. Although I didn't end up using them since the "thin" version didn't recess the menu button that much. Not for me anyway.

It is recessed no doubt. The protector comes with three jelly buttons that actually raise the button a bit above the glass. That isn't a problem at all, but I opted to buy brushed aluminum buttons separately just for the look. I went with the black. The aluminum buttons sit flush with the glass, not above like the thicker jelly buttons.

Where did you happen to buy these aluminum buttons? I wouldn't mind picking these up as well.

Just put my new Nillkin on. Screen is smoother than a baby's behind :) S-Pen working :) but these bubbles in the corners better work themselves out soon or I am not gonna be a happy camper. :(

Is it dust? Or just bubbles? Try using the microfiber cloth that came w/ the protector to work them out w/ pressure pushing towards the edge. I've had my current nillkin on for over a month now I think, and have yet to have any bubbles.

Bubbles - BIG bubbles. Tried my debit card, the cloth and my fingers and they won't come out. Even lifted it and tried again still have big air bubbles in 2 corners. :( did not touch the sticky side when applying.

Edit to add - got one out on a re-lift / reset and the other got smaller. Don't think I'll try again, can prolly live with it this way.
